  • "Reserve Hub": The platform, including its website, mobile application, and associated services.
  • "User": Any individual or entity using Reserve Hub, including consumers seeking services and Business Owners offering services.
  • "Business Owner": A service provider who lists their services and manages appointments via Reserve Hub.
  • "Services": Features of the platform, such as appointment booking, in-app messaging, and notifications.

4. Eligibility

To access or use Reserve Hub, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Services Provided

  • Appointment Booking: Enabling Users to schedule and manage appointments with Business Owners.
  • In-App Messaging: Facilitating direct communication between Users and Business Owners.

Disclaimer: Reserve Hub acts solely as a platform. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the quality, legality, or suitability of services provided by Business Owners. Any disputes or issues regarding services must be resolved directly between Users and Business Owners.

6. User Responsibilities

For Users:

  • Provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
  • Use the platform respectfully and avoid activities that harm other Users, Business Owners, or Reserve Hub.
  • Address service-related questions, changes, or concerns directly with the relevant Business Owner.

For Business Owners:

  • Ensure service listings, including descriptions, pricing, and availability, are accurate and up to date.
  • Honor confirmed appointments and communicate promptly about any changes or cancellations.

7. Payments and Transactions

  • Payments made through Reserve Hub are subject to terms presented at the time of the transaction.
  • Reserve Hub does not manage or process payments between Users and Business Owners and is not responsible for any disputes arising from transactions.
  • Business Owners are solely responsible for handling payment disputes, refunds, and cancellations.

8. User Content
